Found a bug, got a question about any of the tools, or an idea for the next one? Write it below — messages go straight to the person who builds the suite. Leave an e-mail address if you'd like a reply; it's optional.
ShinobiTools is an independent suite of free AI tools for everyday tasks: background removal, photo restoration, audio stem splitting, passport photos, audio transcription, document scanning and noise removal. Every tool is free, requires no account, and deletes uploaded files automatically after processing. You can also reach us directly at [email protected].
Bug report: mention which tool (BGNinja, StemGrab, etc.), what you uploaded, what you expected, and what went wrong. A screenshot or browser console error helps us find it faster.
Feature or tool suggestion: describe the use case — what you were trying to do and why existing tools didn't cover it. We read every suggestion.
Question: most common questions are answered in each tool's FAQ or guide pages. If you can't find the answer, ask here.
We aim to reply within 1–3 business days when an e-mail address is provided. Messages without an e-mail are read but cannot be answered individually.
A few things get answered faster elsewhere than by writing in. Refund questions for a pass go straight to [email protected] with the order number from your receipt — see the Refund Policy for exactly what qualifies and how long it takes. Privacy questions — what happens to an uploaded file, how long a cleaned copy stays on the server before it's wiped — are answered in full on the Privacy Policy. And if you're not sure which of the nine tools fits a job you have, the tool chooser answers that faster than a message would.
There's no support team behind this form — the same person who builds and maintains the suite reads every message, and it lands in the inbox that also handles bug reports, refunds and tool ideas. That's also why a message without an e-mail address still gets read even though it can't get an individual reply: the same problem showing up in several messages is often what actually leads to a fix, whether or not any one message got answered directly. There's no live chat here on purpose — a canned reply from a queue isn't more helpful than a slower, real one.
